The Community Life internship exists to provide students with the leadership, knowledge, and experience that it takes to excel in church ministry. Our leadership experience provides students with an opportunity to observe, participate in, and lead in a variety of ministries that are vital to the growth of a church and every attendee.  At Oaks Church, “no one walks alone”.  The Community Life department is responsible for making this value a reality! Our goal is that from the very first time someone drives on to our campus, they feel loved, empowered, connected, and supported by our church. We oversee Guest Services (Sunday Morning Experience/Volunteers), Growth Track, Follow Jesus for new believers (1-on-1 discipleship), Salvation & Baptism, Membership, and Communion.
