Interview
Once you apply, our team will reach out to you to schedule an interview with the Oaks College Director. The interview will take place over the phone via video call.
After you have completed the Oaks College interview, you will need to complete Nelson University’s application process to finish the full Oaks College admissions process. Once both are completed, your acceptance to Oaks College and Nelson University will be determined.

1. Register Account
2. Start new Application
3. Choose "Undergraduate partner site admissions application".
4. Select "Oaks College" as SOM (Site of Ministry) under the "applicant information" tab.

Transcripts & Test Scores
Request official transcripts from each educational institution (high school and/or college) previously attended. Be sure to include the colleges/universities at which you earned any dual credit or had concurrent enrollment.
Send in either ACT, SAT, or CLT test scores sent directly from the testing organizations to Nelson University.

Receive Acceptance to Nelson University

Nelson admissions will review your application once it has been completed.

An admissions representative from Nelson will call you after their application has been accepted, and an Oaks College team member will send an official acceptance email.

Final Confirmations

You will receive a bill to approve, along with all financial aid information.

Then, you will be registered for classes and receive a course schedule.

Finally, you will receive communication from the Oaks College team about move-in day.

Send official transcripts from each college attended directly to Nelson University.

Nelson admissions will audit the transcript from your previous college and allow you to see which of your previous credits will transfer.
