LEADERSHIP TRAINING
Leading carries a different weight than simply serving. The heart of Oaks College is to set up the next generation of leaders to be bigger, better, and stronger than any one before it by allowing them to get reps carrying different leadership weights within Oaks church departments. We want to see you grow into your God-given potential, and we have pastors, teachers, and staff here at Oaks College that are ready to pour into your development inside and outside the classroom.
EXPERIENTIAL ACADEMICS
If you wait until after you have your degree to put classroom theories into practice, you’re in for a wild ride. It’s common sense to test classroom content immediately in an active ministry setting. Our classrooms and internships will challenge you to work with the material, not just memorize it.
JOB PLACEMENT
Oaks College prepares you to confidently step into ministry. Over the past 30 years Oaks College has sent out over six hundred students into full time vocational ministry. Through our network, we do our best to set students up with job interviews upon graduation. While we cannot guarantee you a job, we will do our best to open doors.

We believe ministry leaders must be healthy in body, mind, and spirit.
