Schedule a Counseling Appointment
You can schedule an appointment by calling the Nelson Counseling Center at (972) 825-4721 ext. 4721, coming by the office in person, or scheduling online through your Nelson's client portal. The counseling center is located on the first floor of Nelson University's Bridges Hall.
Monday – Tuesday: 8am – 8pm
Wednesday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
New Counseling Clients
Prior to your counseling appointment you will need to complete an intake and consent form. You may register and complete your intake documentation via the below link (estimated time 20 minutes). This will also allow you to schedule appointments through Nelson University's online portal.
